MASTER OF SCIENCE IN NURSING (MSN)

The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program at South Florida College of Nursing is designed for registered nurses seeking advanced knowledge, leadership development, and career advancement in nursing practice and education. Students may choose from specialized tracks that prepare graduates for roles in nursing education or advanced practice nursing.

The MSN program is delivered in a flexible format designed to accommodate working professionals while maintaining rigorous academic and clinical standards. Graduates will be prepared to lead, educate, and positively impact healthcare outcomes in diverse settings.

Getting Started

Steps to take

  1. Complete online MSN application.
  2. Submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended.
  3. Provide proof of an active, unencumbered RN License.
  4. Submit the Enrollment Fee upon acceptance.

MSN Admission Requirements

Applicants seeking admission to the Master of Science in Nursing program must:

  1. Hold an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  2. Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
  3. Submit official transcripts from all postsecondary institutions attended.
  4. Meet all admissions requirements established by South Florida College of Nursing.

Sending Official Transcripts to SFCN

SFCN only accepts credits from institutions in the United States. All final and official academic transcripts from secondary (high school) and post-secondary (college/university) attended must be submitted. Transcripts may be sent electronically or by mail but must be sent directly to the SFCN Admission Office.
